I love to Say Cheese – especially when it’s my favorite cheeses made here in Faribault by Jeff Jirik and the gang! Here Beth Sammon shows a wheel of blue cheese like I bought last month – still working on that one!

What a great selection of cheese, crackers and wine items! The best part is tasting the cheeses they have available. Michaela was really great in offering samples, answering questions about the products and handling our purchases. When I noted a pricing discrepancy for the cheese curds, from what I paid at the factory store, they quickly rectified it and even gave me a gift card. Great quality and excellent service-just what you expect from Faribault Dairy!
